Now a days, most of factories are using cone pulley, scissor and flat groove to design machine for pitch changing. Accuracy of these mechanisms are ±0.1~0.3mm. Most of these mechanisms are not easy to maintain and repair. Also, it is difficult to adjust. In order to rise productivity, reduce maintain fee and adjust easily, KOGA Automation developed Pitch Changer for fitting different demands. Pitch Changer not only could have more picking amounts(depends on how much head you chose), also accuracy of repeat and position can be ±0.025mm and ±0.05mm.

In modern automatic industry, material displacement and placing are very usual. For more productivity and higher output, factories changed to multiple picking instead of single transferring. Factories usually use following three types transferring:
