  • By driving the shutter of the UV sensor, the AUR300C and AUR350C check themselves and the sensor for malfunction, and drive the flame relay at the same time.
  • Even if the sensor relay amplifier circuit somehow fails, the relay will reliably close for safety.
  • The AUR350C is also equipped with a communication function (RS-485) that can save data to a built-in microcomputer and supports various applications when used with PCs and display devices.

Specialty

The advanced UV controller AUR300C/AUR350C is a controller with dynamic self-check function used in combination with the advanced UV sensor AUD300C.
It is a product that drives the flame relay while confirming the failure of the sensor and the unit by driving the UV sensor shutter. Even if the flame detection circuit of the sensor or controller fails, the flame relay can be turned OFF reliably to ensure safety.
In addition, the AUR350C is equipped with a communication function (RS-485), which can be used for various applications by storing data in the main body microprocessor or combining it with a PC and a screen display.

 

  • If there is an abnormality during startup, the check relay for startup will not be turned on, and there will be no output to the main valve or flame output, ensuring safety.
