The burner interlock module/burner control module RX series is a burner safety controller for the safe operation of burners in industrial furnaces.
The burner interlock module (RX-L) is combined with the burner control module to realize various interlock monitoring or ignition methods.
Only by selecting the pre-embedded safety functions through the PC programmer, safety functions such as the setting of interlock monitoring time or ignition method can be realized.
In addition, flame detectors have advanced UV sensors for continuous operation and UV sensors for intermittent operation.

Achieving safe combustion in compliance with equipment specifications

• By choosing a modular structure and a wealth of functions, it is possible to achieve safe combustion from a single burner to multiple burners that conform to the equipment specifications.

Reduced equipment design time and risk

• Pre-embedded security functions are selected through a dedicated PC programmer, and security functions are provided without learning or programming special software.
• By directly connecting the interlocking contact or load (fuel valve or igniter) to the RX series, it is not necessary to construct a special safety circuit externally, which can greatly reduce the time for research and verification of the safety circuit.

Save wiring and space

• Safety signals such as disconnection can be shared by connecting the connectors between modules. There is no need to use external wiring or relay relays to connect safety signals, saving wiring and space.

Maintenance functions reduce failure recovery time

• The operation history of the machine (the number of operations/time/quotation history, etc.) is automatically recorded, and can be checked with a PC at any time when necessary.
• Since the RX series is compatible with various devices, the procedures and spare parts for user maintenance/troubleshooting can be unified.
