Specialty

The digital display controller SDC series is a digital display controller with full scale input and PID control method using new algorithm function blocks "Ra-PID (RationaLOOP PID)" and "Just-FiTTER".
The control output can be SDC15/25/26/35/36=maximum 2 points, SDC45=maximum 5 points, SDC46=maximum 7 points (according to the model), respectively can choose relay contact, voltage pulse, continuous voltage, current.  
In addition, setting operation and monitoring are facilitated by the intelligent software package.  
Various input and output devices are available in combination.

 

  • Compact design with a depth of 65mm (60mm for SDC15), thin shape with only 5mm of mask in front of the panel (2mm for SDC15)
  • Input is a full-scale input that can be freely set from thermocouple, thermal resistance, current, and voltage (SDC15 is a group full-scale input)
  • The control method can be selected from ON/OFF control to PID control using "Ra-PID (RationaLOOP PID) + Just-FiTTER"
  • Heating and cooling control can be realized by changing the parameters of control output 2 points or 5 output points including event output
  • With optional communication (RS-485 /modbus-RTU, CPL) function
  • The control output types include relay contact, voltage pulse, current, continuous voltage, and the second control output is used, and these outputs can be combined (depending on the model)
  • 3 or 2 points of event (independent contact), 2 points of CT input, 4 points of DI (2 points for SDC15), RSP input, and RS-485 combination can be selected
  • SDC35/SDC36 also supports step operation. Can be used as a simple program controller ※For the requirements of SDC15, please consult the nearest sales office
  • With optional power distribution function (SDC45/46 only). No need for converters, saving the number of parts
  • 2-input/3-input simple arithmetic function is available (SDC45V/SDC46V only). No converters and calculators are required, saving the number of parts.
